Job description

Supplier Account Management:

Processing supplier invoices and Intercompany transactions in a Finance ERP (WorkDay) via invoice digitization software (Basware) before the last day of the month.
Participation in monthly closing entries in collaboration with the chief accountant.
Entry of inter-company provisions, reconciliations, and input into the Group consolidation software HFM (Hyperion).
Review of monthly balances and payable to ledger reconciliation.
Management of weekly payment campaigns, monitoring of DPO, and payment deadlines.
Preparation of documents for the legal audit.

Oversight of P2P (Procurement to Pay) :

Monitoring of Purchase Orders and Expense reports in ‘in progress’ and ‘draft’ status.
Follow-up with PO requesters from various departments of the subsidiary.
Supplier creation, ensuring compliance with current KYS, and maintaining relational follow-up.
Liaison with the headquarters/skill center P2P as the subsidiary’s “key user” P2P.
Awareness of adherence to closing deadlines and analytical rules.

Entry of Retail Prices :

Monitoring of sales price changes in collaboration with marketing.
Input into the tool and verification of effective updates.

Requirements

Education/Degree or Equivalent: Higher education in accounting (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

Experience : Confirmed experience between 2 and 5 years in a similar position.

Technical Skills: Comfortable with accounting software & advanced level in Excel (use of vlookup and pivot tables). Good knowledge of VAT & required taxation.

Languages: French and English required, Dutch is a plus.
