We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work in the legal sector for one of the biggest American law firm, located in the heart of Brussels.
Your function :
Organization of the collaborators’ schedules;
You ensure good communication in the sector;
You lead projects to improve processes to increase the efficiency of HR work;
You guide managers in legal issues related to human resources and ensure respect with laws.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree within Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar;
You are communicative, problem solver with a strong team spirit;
You are familiar with the Office Suite;
You speak fluently French, Dutch and English written and spoken;
Several experiences in the field of Human Resources Business Partner is a plus.
